Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 3+ years of experience and ARRT(CT) certification to work varied 10-hour shifts in an acute hospital setting.

Details

• 10 hour varied shifts with no on-call requirement
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute hospital setting required
• Current ARRT(CT) certification and BLS required
• Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license required (license required if applicable, may apply upon offer acceptance but must be active by start of assignment)
• Must be able to scan per radiologist protocols and perform routine CT scans independently without supervision
• Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation preferred
• Experience with venipuncture, MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging preferred
• Experience with biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke imaging is a plus

Additional Information

• Must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to assignment start, requiring arrival in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start
• Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved exception required prior to contract start, and can be completed during the employee health appointment
• No RTO will be granted during the first 13 weeks of the contract
