Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• 12-hour shift schedule with set scheduling

• 36-40 hours of unit/department specific orientation required

• Must live outside 50-mile radius of facility

• Driver's license required at submittal for radius verification

• Level 1 trauma experience and travel experience required

• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT-R, CT preferred

• Must be capable of performing venipuncture as required

• Work with Siemens equipment and Bracco contrast injectors

• Use EPIC EMR system and McKesson PACS

• May float between main campus and UC campus (stand-alone ER)

• Depending on position, may cover MRI, CT, X-ray, and Ultrasound

• Overnight techs preferred to be able to perform both CT and X-ray

• Handle mixed population from pediatrics to geriatrics

• Perform variety of imaging studies including CTAs, hearts, and perfusion

• Work in busy OR and ER environment with high acuity patients

• Must demonstrate ability to set and maintain multiple priorities

• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove will result in contract termination

• Radiation badge provided by facility

• Must be self-motivated and able to take ownership of assignments

• Weekend and holiday requirements depend on posted shift

• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
