Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT certification and 2+ years of experience, including at least one prior travel assignment.

Details

• Night shift schedule, Wednesday through Friday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Perform CT procedures and operate scanner and related equipment
• Position patients on equipment and assist physicians with biopsies and drainage

Requirements

• Active Maryland license required if applicable
• Registered Radiologic Technologist certification (ARRT) required
• CPR certification required
• Completion of two years of occupationally specific education or an associate's degree in radiology technology
• At least 2 years of experience required
• Completion of at least one prior travel assignment required
• Experience at a comparable facility size is required

Additional Information

• Interact with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff
• Counsel patients on radiographic procedures to be performed
• Secure patient consent for intravenous injections
