Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist (ARRT-CT Certified) with a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care hospital experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality CT imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, diagnostic accuracy, and exceptional patient care. Candidates must hold an active ARRT (CT) certification and be proficient in operating CT equipment, administering contrast media, and collaborating effectively with radiologists and the healthcare team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established imaging protocols.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients for CT procedures while ensuring comfort, safety, and proper identification.
• Administer contrast media as prescribed, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and provide appropriate care when needed.
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, following radiation safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.
• Accurately document imaging procedures, collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team, and ensure timely delivery of diagnostic images.

Skills:

• Active ARRT (CT) certification with strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and protocols.
• Recent acute care hospital experience with proficiency in operating CT scanners and administering contrast media.
• Strong patient assessment, positioning, and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Knowledge of radiation safety, infection control practices, and quality assurance standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, EMR/PACS proficiency, and accurate clinical documentation skills.
