Job Summary:
The healthcare facility in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a qualified CT Technologist for an evening shift. This position involves performing routine and emergency computed tomography (CT) examinations, including CTA and angiography, with a focus on cross-sectional anatomy. The role requires collaboration with the clinical team in a Level II neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) setting, providing care for inpatient, outpatient, emergency room, and stroke patients.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Evening shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ARRT-CT, 3 years of experience, ability to perform routine and emergency CT exams, CTA/angiography, cross-sectional anatomy knowledge, competency in IV and venipuncture, ability to work independently, good communication skills, experience with EPIC charting system, GE PACS, and GE CT Scanner, location in Chicago, IL

  • Additional Information: Candidates will be oriented at the hospital and spend one shift on the unit. The weekend rotation occurs every third weekend. Time off approval is available for up to 7 days. Holiday expectations include coverage on New Years Eve from 11 p.m. to 11 a.m. Scrub color is gray, and parking is free.
