This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) and X-ray procedures within a Level II trauma facility serving a pediatric patient population. The position supports a 17-week contract with opportunities for weekend rotations and potential on-call duties.
Job Details
Position: CT Technologist specializing in CT and X-ray imaging.
Location: Tacoma, WA.
Schedule: Nights shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 10/05/2026 and ending 01/16/2027.
Required Qualifications: ARRT certification in CT, BLS certification, Washington state license, 1 year of experience with pediatric patients preferred.
Patient Types: All diagnoses for patients aged 0-18 years.
Skills Required: Excellent communication, self-starter attitude, multitasking ability, kindness, patience with children and their parents, and ability to produce high-quality images.
Minimum experience requirement: 1 year, with pediatric experience preferred.
Floating: No floating required.
Weekend rotation: Dependent upon shift taken.
On call: Possibly, limited to off-hours on weekends, no more than 24 hours per month.
Scrub Color: Any color.
Parking: Free garage parking or street parking, with optional nearby light rail access.
