Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Massachusetts. The CT Tech will perform CT scans, ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging, prepare patients for procedures, administer contrast when appropriate, and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
- ARRT Certification
- ARRT (CT) Certification
- IV Certification
- Current BLS Certification
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Previous hospital CT experience preferred
- Experience with Meditech, Siemens, or Medrad systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans following established protocols
- Prepare and educate patients for imaging procedures
- Administer IV and oral contrast as required
- Ensure radiation safety and maintain image quality
- Document procedures and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team
