Job Description:
Position: CT Technologist
Location: Norwalk, Connecticut
Setting: Hospital-Based CT Imaging
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:
12:00pm-8:30pm
40 hours per week
Evening shift
Travel Pay Package:
$3,544 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals
Overview:
Perform CT imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
Obtain patient histories and explain imaging procedures
Produce high-quality diagnostic CT images for physician interpretation
Evaluate patients and address questions or concerns prior to imaging
Perform a variety of specialized CT examinations
Work within a mobile CT trailer located on the hospital campus
Utilize advanced imaging technology in a fast-paced clinical environment

Any scrub color permitted
HealthStream assigned on day one
Two evaluations completed during the assignment

Requirements:
ARRT (R)(CT) required
Connecticut Radiographer License required
CT Technologist experience required
Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and patient safety practices
Ability to perform a variety of CT examinations independently
