Position Description

This position requires multi-modality technicians to perform CT and X-ray during their shift.

General Information

Unit Specifics

• Number of Beds: 10-15 bed Emergency Room
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Unit Staffing: Rad tech present until midnight
• Type of Equipment: GE Rev EVO 64 slice CT, GE digital X-ray fixed unit, and portable unit
• Documentation System: Meditech/GE PACS

Hospital Specifics

• Certifications: ARRT CT and ARRT Radiography

Hiring Profile

Experience and Skills Required

• Years of Experience: At least 3 years
• Requested Skill Set: Proficiency in CT and X-ray, IV skills, CPR
• Advanced Skills: BLS certification
• Procedures Performed: Emergency Room only
• Certifications Required: ARRT CT and ARRT Radiography
• Dress Code: Gray scrubs
