Responsibilities
Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging with accuracy and safety.
Adhere to radiation safety standards and ALARA principles for all patients.
Ensure patient positioning, immobilization, and workflow efficiency on 3x12 shifts.
Operate and maintain CT/X-ray equipment, monitor quality control tests.
Document imaging procedures, patient data, and workflow in EMR systems.
Meet performance targets and contribute to pipeline-driven workflow planning.
Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to optimize imaging protocols.
Provide patient education and maintain compassionate communication during procedures.
Demonstrate initiative for professional development and skill advancement.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and report variances promptly.
Adhere to facility housing and on-site guidelines while maintaining productivity.
Assist with coverage and flexibility for staffing needs across shifts.
Experience/Qualifications
CT and X-ray imaging competency with high accuracy and safety.
Adherence to ALARA and radiation safety standards for all patients.
Proficient patient positioning, immobilization, and 3x12 shift workflow.
Operate, calibrate, and perform quality control on CT/X-ray equipment.
Accurate documentation in EMR: imaging procedures and patient data.
Meet performance targets and contribute to pipeline-driven planning.
Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to optimize protocols.
Demonstrate initiative for ongoing professional development and skill advancement.
Provide patient education and maintain compassionate communication.
Participate in quality improvement and promptly report variances.
Flexibility to cover staffing needs across shifts and locations as needed.
Align with facility housing guidelines while maintaining productivity on-site.
