Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15), every other weekend required. 13-week assignment with 36 hours of orientation.

Highlights:

• Three positions available in a 24-bed Coronary Care Unit with a daily census of 20 patients
• 2:1 patient ratio across all shifts providing optimal care delivery
• First-time travelers welcome with comprehensive orientation and support
• Mix of cardiac surgical and cardiac medical patients with occasional adult medical ICU overflow
• Interdisciplinary team support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• May float to MSICU, Neuro ICU, or Burn ICU as needed with brief unit orientation

Requirements:

• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of CVICU or critical care nursing experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Strong clinical skills including arterial line management, ventilator care, central line management, vasoactive drip titration, cardiac drip management, and blood product administration
• Experience with CVVHD/CRRT, Impella, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and care of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction
• Proficiency in BiPAP/CPAP management, procedural sedation, IV insulin protocols, and CVA/acute stroke management
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the location are not eligible for this travel assignment
