Job Details:
**Experience and Skills:** - Must have more than two years of experience in CVICU. - Experience with IABP, CRRT, and Fresh OHS from the OR is required. - Clinician must take and pass a dysrhythmia exam within two attempts. **Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) **Licensure and Education:** - License submission is not required. **Additional Experience and Preferences:** - Impella experience is desired, along with experience using the Cerner charting system. **Other Requirements:** - Must be able to titrate drips. - The clinician may be required to float to ICU/PCU/MS/Tele at both campuses as needed. - Must not have been full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year. **Testing:** - Must score at least 80% on dysrhythmia exam within two attempts. Failure to do so results in a DNU (Do Not Use) status for CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months.
