### Exciting Opportunity for RN in CVICU! **Job Description:** - Join a top-tier medical team in the heart of San Antonio, TX! - Unit: CVICU (650) - Shift Schedule: 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A - Assignment Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week - Rotating weekends - Float policy in effect — flexibility is key! **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced CVICU environment - Monitor hemodynamics (Swan-Ganz catheters, arterial lines) - Manage ventilators and ensure optimal patient management - Utilize strong critical thinking skills to assess and respond to patient needs **Qualifications Needed:** - Minimum of 2 years ICU experience - Active TX RN License (No temporary licenses accepted) - Certifications: - ACLS - BLS - NIH (required) - Preferred Skills: - Experience with IABP and CRRT - Familiarity with Meditech charting/order entry **Unit Specifics:** - Procedures performed: - Post CABG - Post VAD - Post Cath with various cardiac support devices (IABP, Impella, ECMO) **Dress Code:** - RN: Navy scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket - Clean and healthy nails; neat and clean hair with no extreme styles/colors - Body art should be covered; visible piercings other than ears are prohibited **Unit Guidelines:** - Floating guidelines and attendance policies are strictly enforced - Timely clock-in required (before 6:45 AM/PM) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
