Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin1201 W. 38th Street, Austin, TX 78705 Deliver high-quality direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring safe, evidence-based interventions aligned with organizational policies and clinical standards.Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, evaluating outcomes and adjusting treatment to optimize patient safety and recovery.Administer physician and nursing orders promptly, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and advancing quality improvement initiatives.Lead discharge planning efforts, collaborating with patients and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and effective post-acute care planning.
