Job Details:
**Experience and Qualifications:** - Successful candidates typically have 3+ years of experience. - Previous travel experience is preferred. - Experience in busy hospitals is beneficial. - Must be flexible with scheduling, as self-scheduling is not available. **Clinical Experience:** - Must have experience in ICU settings. - Required experience with CRRT, although training is available. - RNs are required to titrate drips, including all vasoactive drips for cardiac patients. **Certifications and Licensure:** - Required: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale). - Experienced ICU RNs are required. **Skills:** - Experience with EPIC charting system is required. - Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts and float as per competency. - RNs must be able to read telemetry strips and manage high acuity patients. **Other Requirements:** - Must be open to working every other weekend (EOW). - Needs to be willing to work any holidays they agree to. - Must comply with the dress code of teal scrubs.
