**Exciting Opportunity for Acute Travel RN: CVICU** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic and innovative healthcare team in a cutting-edge environment! - Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) - Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Location: Frye Regional Medical Center, Hickory, NC - Orientation Dates: - June 22nd - July 20th - August 3rd, August 17th, August 31st - September 14th, September 28th - October 12th, October 26th - November 9th, November 16th - December 7th **Unit Profile:** - Floor: 2nd - Trauma Level: 3 - Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric - Number of Beds: 8 - Patient Ratios: 2:1 with occasional 1:1 - Equipment: Impella, IABP, CRRT - EHR: Cerner **Position Information:** - Specialty: CABG, TAVR, STEMI, Carotids - Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCRN preferred - Years of Experience: Minimum 1.5 years - Float Requirements: Per scheduled rotation - Weekend Hours: Every other weekend or as needed - Call Requirements: No on call **Hiring Profile:** - Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year CVICU experience (after orientation completed) - Preferred Skillset/Experience: CVICU experience - Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CABG, TAVR, STEMI, Carotids - Personality Fit: Strong critical thinking skills - Required Education: Associate Nursing Degree **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Any color but professional - Unacceptable Attire: None specified **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
