Job Summary Operating Room (OR) Open Heart Specialist in New York. This position involves providing specialized care in the operating room environment, focusing on open heart and cardiothoracic procedures. The role requires experienced healthcare professionals adept at working in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Job Details
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Active New York State Nursing License in good standing; Associate, Baccalaureate (preferred), Masters, or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing; minimum of 2 years of experience; must have previous open heart/cardiothoracic experience; required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting systems, specifically EPIC.
Additional Information: Covid vaccine required; will NOT accept a dec form. RTO must be included on submission.
Submission Requirements: Must have a license to submit; RTO approval required.
