The assignment is scheduled to start on October 19, 2026, and extend through February 7, 2027.
Job Details
Position Description: Circulating nurse responsible for supporting cardiovascular and open heart surgeries, with experience required in general operating room settings.
Required Qualifications: Valid BLS certification, at least 1 year of experience as an Operating Room Nurse, recent experience in cardiovascular/open heart surgery, Epic electronic medical record system experience within the past 2 years.
Specialty: Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH)
Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with rotating day/evening schedule (0645-1915 or 1900-0715), including one weekend of call every 5 weeks.
Schedule: Rotating D/E shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Candidate must have prior travel experience, and the ability to float to other operating room suites such as general, ortho, neuro, ENT, etc., though floating is not required. Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained and complete work history details are provided for submission. Reliable transportation is required, and vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during winter months.
