Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit position requiring 2+ years of specialty experience and an active NC or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPC) setting
• Shift runs from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in cardiovascular progressive care or related specialty
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• NIH Stroke Certification required for PCU/Tele placements
• Certifications must not expire within 30 days of start date
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• Professional references required (two references required for Florida and Missouri candidates, one for all other states)

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to cardiovascular patients in a progressive care setting
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
