Job Description:

The RN in the CVOR will be responsible for providing nursing care with a focus on cardiovascular and surgical procedures. This role requires working collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced OR environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cardiovascular and general surgical procedures, including total joints, general surgery, spine, urology, and open-heart cases.
• Participate in call requirements as scheduled, with up to 50% call time expected.
• Utilize EMR system Cerner for documentation.
• Coordinate with the charge nurse and specialty leads for case management and support.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time RN experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications mandatory.
• Ability to respond within a 30-minute call time.
