Clinical Skills: Strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making and ability to recognize/respond to changes in patient condition
Teamwork: Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and delegates/oversees appropriate patient-care activities
Documentation: Comprehensive assessment and ongoing care documentation required
Quality: Participation in unit-based quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives
Preferred: Previous nursing experience and BSN
