**Exciting Charge CVOR RN Opportunity!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds – 2 heart rooms with a potential 3rd - Staff – 4 RNs, 3 CSTs - Day Shift: 1 CVOR RN and 1 CVOR CST - Night Shift: No regular night shifts, on-call only - Patient Ratios – 1:1 - Equipment: Specialized Cardiovascular tools - EMR – Meditech / CPN - **Typical Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have:** - Minimum 1-year current hospital CVOR RN experience - BLS and ACLS certification - Active KS RN licensure - Charge CVOR RN experience - **Preferred Skills:** - PALS certification - Open Heart and Cardiovascular experience - Prior Meditech experience - **Typical Procedures Performed:** - CABG and AVR - MVR and TAVR - **Ideal Personality Fit:** - Confident and positive attitude - Team player focused on patient experience - Strong communication skills with staff and providers - **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** - On-call: 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month required - **Additional Information:** - Exciting opportunity as ECMO program is restarting! **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
