Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Illinois.

Average daily census: 10 cases
First-time travelers accepted

Required License / Certifications
Active Illinois RN license (or in application process)
BLS
ACLS preferred
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of CVOR experience
Prior trauma or Main OR experience required
Teaching hospital experience required
Level II Trauma experience required (Level I preferred)

Aortic aneurysm repair
Atrial septal defect repair
Pericardial window
ECMO
LVAD/VAD
Femoral cannulation

Scrubbing cardiovascular surgery
Vascular:
AAA repair
EVAR
Carotid endarterectomy
Femoral-popliteal bypass
AV fistula repair
Atherectomy
Vein stripping
Scrubbing vascular surgery
Thoracic:
Thoracotomy
VATS
Mediastinoscopy
Lobe resection
Scrubbing thoracic surgery
General/Endoscopic:
Bronchoscopy
EGD
PEG placement/exchange
Laparoscopic-assisted procedures
Whipple procedure
Scrubbing endoscopic surgery
Required Professional Skills
Laser safety
Specimen handling and labeling
Universal Protocol ("Time Out") procedure
Call Requirements
1–2 weekday call nights per week
Every 5th weekend on call
