Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide 4x10 or 3x12 rotating shifts to meet unit and patient needs.
• Participate in one/two 12-hour weekday calls with flexibility for short staffing.
• Fulfill one full weekend call requirement every 5 weeks.
• Work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.
• Float to other OR suites as required, ensuring patient care in various surgeries.
• Complete bi-weekly orientation and maintain reliable transportation due to regional needs.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Prefer CNOR certification for additional credentialing.
• Minimum of 2 years OR RN experience with cardiovascular/open heart competencies.
• Prior travel experience and flexibility with schedule required.
• Must have large, academic teaching hospital experience of 500+ beds.
• Recent Epic experience within the last 2 years is mandatory.
