Location: Bismarck ND

Shift: Day Shift 8x5
Pay Rate: 1800 to 2050 per week

Job Summary
Support cardiovascular surgical procedures by preparing the OR and assisting the surgical team to keep everything running smoothly
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile field for cardiac procedures
- Set up instruments and CVOR equipment
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments during surgery
- Monitor and restock surgical supplies
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
- Work closely with surgeons nurses and anesthesia team
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Certified Surgical Technologist preferred
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR or surgical tech experience
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced OR environment
