Certifications/Licenses:
- BLS, NBSTSA*, WA state registration
- Cardio Thoracic Surg Tech
- 4x10 Days Schedule- AT LEAST 10 Call Shifts per Month. CVOR TECH MUST.
- Regular hours are 06:30-17:00; Call can be anytime from 17:00-06:30
- Daily Average Surgical Case Volume: 55
- PREFERRED: Adolescents
- 1-2 WEEKENDS PER MONTH REQUIRED
- CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR, Minimally valve, VATS, Mediastinoscopy, RATS, CVL SUPPORT W/Carotid Cutdowns and laser lead standby.
- REQUIRED: General, Cardiovascular/Thoracic, Laparoscopic
- PREFERRED: OB/GYN, Plastic, ENT, Urology, Robotic, Ortho, Ortho/Totals, Neuro/Crani, Transplant
- Flexible Endoscope Reprocessing
- PREFERRED: Bronchoscopes, EGD Scopes, EBUS
- Skills
- REQUIRED: Singular scrub per cardiothoracic cases, will be expected to float to general OR
- Shift: 4X10 Day Shift
- Years of Experience Required:1 Year
- CALL REQUIREMENTS: At least 10 Call shifts per month
- Certs Required: BLS, WA License, NBSTSA Preferred
- Type of Facility: Level II Trauma Center
- Charting: EPIC
