Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the pediatric intensive care unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, provide medication, and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in the medical record.
• Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN accepted with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Colorado RN License or Multi-State Compact License.
• Current certifications in PALS, ACLS, and BLS.
• Minimum 2-3 years of RN experience in a dedicated CVPICU/Pediatric CICU Open Heart setting.
• Previous travel nursing experience required.
• Pediatric CCRN and VAD experience strongly preferred.
