Job Summary:
The department of dialysis unit nursing within the healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and professional standards of nursing practice. This position offers an opportunity to support patients receiving dialysis treatment, utilizing specialized knowledge to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Job Details:

  • Position: Registered Nurse Dialysis Unit
  • Location: 1111 E Mcdowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006
  • Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license, along with BLS certification. Experience in an acute care hospital or dialysis setting is preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and professional certification related to dialysis are preferred.
  • Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for assessing patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs; developing and implementing care plans; coordinating with multidisciplinary teams; and documenting patient care activities accurately and timely. The role may involve supervising staff or work flow, and interaction with patients, families, and external providers to ensure quality outcomes. The position requires physical agility, effective communication skills, and adherence to safety precautions.
