Job Details:
Schedule: Days and nights shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week, each shift lasting 12 hours.
Required Qualifications: Valid dialysis RN certification, nursing degree from an accredited program, Nebraska state licensure, and at least 1 year of dialysis nursing experience. Experience with Cerner and Frefenius-T clinical systems is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a regional dialysis unit and familiarity with low/mid/high performer expectations as part of operational standards.
Additional Information: This position emphasizes performance during the contract term; if a traveler is not meeting organizational expectations, the contract may be terminated immediately. The role is suited for a motivated RN capable of adapting to varied shifts and operating within a high-performance environment.
