We are seeking experienced and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurses (RNs) for Travel opportunities in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dialysis care, monitor patients undergoing treatment, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer hemodialysis treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
Operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment safely and effectively.
Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment.
Administer prescribed medications and intravenous therapies.
Educate patients and families regarding kidney disease management and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with nephrologists and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
Current BLS Certification required.
Dialysis experience strongly preferred.
Previous experience with hemodialysis equipment and procedures.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
