The unit has a total of 90 beds. The staffing includes 2 full-time positions, including a supervisor. There are also 2-3 prn staff members. The estimated patient-to-staff ratio for day shifts is 1:15. Candidates must demonstrate strong teamwork abilities. Only candidates with the required experience will be considered for this role. The required attire includes a red top and black bottoms. Rotating weekends and on-call duties may be applicable.
