Travel Dietitian/Registered Dietitian - $2,238 per week in Salem, OR

Job Title: Dietitian Profession: Dietary Services Specialty: Bariatrics Dietitian Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy in an acute care hospital or facility preferred. Experience in managing, coordinating, or supervising patient nutrition care in an outpatient facility is preferred. License: Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics required within six months of hire. Licensed Dietitian required within six months of hire. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Completion of a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree satisfying the requirements of a Didactic Program in Dietetics or Foreign Dietitian Education Program as approved. Completion of a Dietetic Internship approved by relevant accreditation organizations required. Description: Hours per week: 36 hours. Days of the week: Monday to Friday. Daily start time: 08:30. Daily end time: 16:30. Able to demonstrate understanding of current medical nutrition therapy standards for various patient populations. Displays excellent customer service skills through problem-solving and strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to understand and use all clinical forms and reference materials, and follow departmental policies and pathways. Must be able to work efficiently and responsibly in an environment with multiple work demands and short time frames. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
