Travel Dietitian/Registered Dietitian - $2,452 per week in Midland, TX

Job Title: Clinical Dietitian Profession: Dietary Services Specialty: Dietitian Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active license required Certifications: BLS, RD/RD Must-Have: - Previous charge experience is not required. - Experience with a charting system is preferred. - Experience in ICU/CCU and NICU settings is based on candidate experience. Description: Immediate start is available. The position includes 3-4 weekend shifts per contract. The role involves supporting ICU/CCU and NICU based on applicant experience. The daily census in the unit is around 200 patients. Dietitians will assess fluid status, nutrient deficiencies, and perform nutrition assessments and interventions. Responsibilities include managing dietary guidelines and addressing food-drug interactions. Understanding of nutrition therapy complications and awareness of protein-calorie malnutrition is necessary. Knowledge of refeeding syndrome and total parenteral nutrition is preferred. Teamwork with interdisciplinary support is essential. An on-site drug screening will be conducted. Candidates must comply with all regulatory requirements.
