Travel Dietitian/Registered Dietitian - $640 per week in Tiffin, OH

Job Title: Dietitian Profession: Dietician Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 52 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current licensure as dietitian as issued by the Ohio Board of Dietetics Certifications: CPR certification Must-Have: - Knowledge of dietetics and nutrition - Ability to interpret technical material - Strong counseling and communication skills - Ability to prepare accurate reports Description: Plans, evaluates, and implements regular, special, and modified diets to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, treatment plans, and accreditation standards. Completes nutrition assessments of clients by reviewing medical charts, interviewing direct care staff, and discussing dietary preferences and restrictions with patients. Maintains dietary and nutrition records, reports, and progress notes, including patient charting and treatment plans. Plans and conducts in-service training programs related to nutrition for clients and staff while attending various meetings. Requires walking throughout a large campus and may involve exposure to unpredictable resident actions. Annual renewal of the dietitian license is necessary to remain in the classification after employment.
