Key Responsibilities- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to adult patients across acute care and progressive floors within a Level I Trauma Center
- Manage nutrition support including enteral nutrition (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN), including custom formulas with macro and micronutrient management
- Carry a daily caseload of approximately 6–10 patients per day
- Deliver diet education to patients across a variety of disease states
- Participate in interdisciplinary plan of care rounds
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU and nutrition support, including custom parenteral nutrition with macro and micronutrient management
- Experience in a high-acuity, non-ICU acute care setting
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records
- Active or pending state dietitian licensure accepted at time of submission
- Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (non-local requirement)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel assignment experience preferred
- Familiarity with Level I Trauma or teaching hospital environments
- Experience providing MNT across diverse disease states in an acute care setting
