    Dietitian – Dietary Services

    Location

    Albuquerque, NM

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:00–16:30) | Monday–Friday | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to adult patients across acute care and progressive care floors within a Level I Trauma Center
    • Manage nutrition support including enteral nutrition (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN), with expertise in custom formula development managing both macros and micronutrients
    • Deliver diet education to patients across a variety of disease states
    • Participate in interdisciplinary plan-of-care rounds
    • Manage a daily caseload of approximately 6–10 patients per day in a high-acuity, non-ICU setting
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU and nutrition support, including custom parenteral nutrition (PN) with management of macros and micronutrients
    • Registered Dietitian credential required
    • Active or pending state licensure accepted at time of submission
    • Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system preferred
    • RQI certifications are not accepted for this position
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a Level I Trauma, teaching, or large acute care hospital environment
    • Familiarity with progressive care and high-acuity patient populations outside of the ICU
    • Experience providing nutrition support in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team setting
