Requirements:- Masters Degree Required
- Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) in MA.
- Appropriately identifies patients at nutrition risk
- Assesses diet order based on patient's age, current
- Accurately assess physical limitations which may compromise nutritional status.
- Accurately calculate metabolic needs, i.e., energy protein, fluid, and/or other specific nutrients.
- Recommends appropriate nutrition intervention based on subjective and objective data.
- Accurately documents the initial and ongoing assessment of patient's nutritional status and progress as determined by chart review.

- Oversees the completion of diet slips three times a week for all patients with special dietary needs as observed by the manager of Dietary Services
