Travel - Registered Dietitian - Dietary / Days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with Saturday On-Call

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: July 27, 2026

• Perform timely nutrition screenings and assessments in accordance with established screening and assessment policies.
• Conduct nutrition-focused physical exams on patients identified as being at nutritional risk.
• Evaluate age-specific, developmental, and disease-specific nutritional needs of patients and develop individualized nutrition plans of care.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of medical nutrition therapy interventions.
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients, families, and/or caregivers based on identified needs.
• Adhere to nutrition care guidelines, evidence-based protocols, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Code of Ethics in all areas of practice.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or equivalent field required.
• Completion of an ACEND-accredited supervised practice program required.
• Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Active Licensed Dietitian (LD) licensure in the state of Texas.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with Meditech Expanse a plus.

• Two or more years of hospital clinical nutrition experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with nutrition support (enteral and/or parenteral nutrition).
• Strong work ethic with the ability to function effectively as part of a collaborative team.

• Join a structured clinical dietitian team in an acute care setting with a defined patient ratio and supportive staffing model.
• Gain valuable travel experience in a 217-bed facility with a consistent day shift schedule and rotating Saturday on-call only.
