Dietitian – Dietary Services (Behavioral Health Day Treatment)
Location
Greenville, SC
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 5x8 Hours | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Floating required as needed
Key Responsibilities
Conduct nutrition assessments for patients in a specialized behavioral health Day Treatment program serving adolescents, adults, seniors, postpartum patients, and individuals with eating disorders
Develop and implement individualized nutrition treatment plans tailored to each patient's diagnosis and program level (PHP/IOP)
Provide meal support and nutrition education to patients across a range of behavioral health diagnoses
Participate as an active member of an interdisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff
Float to other units or campuses as needed based on census demands, performing only tasks within demonstrated competencies
Required Qualifications
Active RD or RDN credential required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Epic EMR
Ability to complete required pre-assignment modules within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working with eating disorder diagnoses including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, ARFID, and OSFED
Background in behavioral health settings, including mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions
Experience supporting patients across multiple age groups including adolescents, seniors, and postpartum populations
