Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dietary and nutritional services to patients in an acute care setting
• Assess patient nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments and progress using Cerner electronic health records
• Monitor and adjust nutritional interventions based on patient response and clinical data

Required Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
• Active Texas state dietitian license required
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 years of dietitian experience preferred
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
