Clinical Registered Dietitian – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Assignment with Possible Extension | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | No Weekends | No Holidays
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and conduct nutritional evaluations for patients across assigned units
- Develop and implement individualized medical nutrition therapy plans
- Provide enteral and parenteral nutrition support as clinically indicated
- Educate patients on a variety of therapeutic diets based on individual needs
- Apply strong clinical skills to support patient care outcomes in an acute care setting
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition required for those eligible for initial registration prior to 2024; Master's degree in Nutrition, Science, Business, or related field required for those eligible for initial registration on or after January 1, 2024
- Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Active Massachusetts Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) license – must be in hand prior to start
- Comfort and proficiency with enteral and parenteral nutrition support
- Third-party education verification required as part of the background check process
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with EPIC EMR
- Prior travel assignment experience in an acute care or hospital setting
