Plan and implement medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for inpatients and outpatients as prescribed by medical staff
Conduct nutrition screening, assessments, and reassessments
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
Maintain professional growth and development by attending conferences, seminars, and workshops and reviewing current literature in dietetics and nutrition
Supervise the activities of staff working in Nutrition and Culinary Services as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related healthcare field
Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Ability to remain calm in changing work situations and consistently exhibit a positive work attitude
Demonstrated commitment to customer service in the performance of job duties
Preferred Experience / Skills
Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related healthcare field
Prior experience in clinical dietetics
