Job Summary (List Format):

- Supervise and support all rehab team members across multiple disciplines
- Ensure effective and consistent operation of clinical programs
- Lead and participate in facility and management meetings
- Assist in the development and implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives
- Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
- Oversee timely completion of documentation and conduct chart audits
- Ensure staff adhere to facility policies and procedures
- Collaborate with facility and upper management to achieve rehab goals and provide quality care
- Provide direct therapy services to patients as appropriate
