Seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) to join a fast-paced, high-volume academic medical center. The department provides advanced cardiac diagnostics and maintains a strong focus on patient-centered, family-focused care and high-quality imaging services.

First-time travelers are accepted.

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) experience
• First-time travelers accepted

• Heart Failure Evaluations
• Advanced Cardiac Diagnostics
• Chemotherapy Cardiac Evaluations
• Renal Transplant Evaluations

• Transthoracic Echocardiograms (TTE)
• Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
• Stress Echocardiograms
• Dobutamine Stress Echocardiograms
• Nuclear Cardiology Studies
• Tilt Table Testing

• Comprehensive TTE Studies: Approximately 110 per day
• Stress Echo/Dobutamine Stress Echo/Nuclear Cardiology/Tilt Table Tests: Approximately 14 per day
• TEE Studies: Approximately 5–6 per day

• BLS
• One of the following:
  • RDCS (ARDMS)
  • RCS
  • Advanced Cardiac Sonographer Credential (CCI)

• ACLS
• PALS

• 2D Echocardiography
• Doppler Imaging
• Color Flow Doppler
• 3D Echocardiography
• Strain Imaging
• Contrast Studies

• Stress Echocardiography
• Interventional Procedure Support
• IV Management Training

• Dedicated Cardiac Ultrasound Educator
• Chief Sonographer

• 19 Echo Technologists (including satellite locations)
• 5 Registered Nurses
• 2 Electrophysiology Technicians

• EPIC (Encompass)

• Philips Echocardiography Systems
• Client Echo Systems
• Client CASE Stress Lab Equipment
• Philips ISCV Reporting System
