Job Title: Echo Tech Profession: Echo Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: NH License required Certifications: RDCS, RCS, BLS, NH Board of Medical Imaging Licensure Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. RDCS RCS Description: NH License must be in hand prior to submission. Four ten-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or five eight-hour shifts from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There may be occasional weekends and on-call shifts. The unit has 12 beds with a staffing ratio of 8-9 echo studies performed daily. The type of equipment used includes Philips Ultrasound and GE Clinical Works EMR. The patient population is primarily adult. Typical procedures performed include Echo, Stress Echo, Transesophageal Echo, Contrast Echo, and Echo with Bubble studies. Candidates should have strong technical skills and be able to work collaboratively with team members. A best-fit personality would exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude. Occasional weekend day shifts and call from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. may be required. No specific unit policies or guidelines attached.
