Schedule details: 8-hour days; M-F 8:30-5:00
Experience Requirements: 4 years of cardiac ultrasound clinical experience as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer. Performed a minimum of 4000 echocardiograms
Experience Preferred: Graduate of programmatically accredited program in cardiac ultrasound/echocardiography. Or graduate of a Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate academic program in Health Science (including, but not limited to, cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, or nursing). Training or certification in IV and UEA contrast administration
License/Certification Requirements: RCS-CCI or RDCS-ARDMS; BLS

Weekend Requirements: No
On-Call Requirements: One night per week
Holiday Requirements: Holidays not required. In the event of a holiday falls on scheduled workday, subsequent pay period will be reduced by holiday pay hours.

Notes: We provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care. We cover the OR, cath lab, and EP lab. Neonatal echo experience is not required but would be a plus. We use GE Vivid E95 primarily for resting/stress echoes and Philips CVX primarily for TEEs.
Orientation: Will attend TUKHS 2-day orientation first week on Monday and Tuesday, will then attend Olathe orientation on Wednesday
Creds Due: Monday one week prior to Monday start

Client is allowed the cancellation of one shift per 2 week pay period at no cost to the client and no pay to the THP. Will provide a minimum 2-hour notice.
