Travel Echo Tech - $2,919 per week in Washington, DC

Job Title: Echo Tech Cardiac Sonographer Pediatrics Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Pediatric Echo Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 5 years of pediatric experience required. License: Active state license required. Certifications: RDCS PE OR CCI RCCS Certification. Must-Have: Pediatric Echo Registry indicating significant experience in pediatric echo. Description: Must have over 5 years of pediatric experience. Must have RDCS PE or CCI RCCS Certification. Must possess Pediatric Echo Registry which indicates significant experience in pediatric echo. Seeking an experienced Pediatric Echo Tech who can undergo a couple of days of hospital and department training and then work independently. Shift pattern is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. No overtime or weekend shifts required. Scrubs must be children-friendly. Expect to work with a daily patient census of 30 to 50 individuals. Will be responsible for performing various pediatric echo procedures. Candidates should comply with all required vaccinations. Experience with charting systems is necessary. Skills required include 2-D Echo, 3-D Echo, and other pediatric-specific echocardiographic procedures. Must be able to float between critical care settings as required. Ideal candidates will have experience in scanning complex anomalies and post-surgical repairs.
