Pay Rate: $60.84 / hour
Shift:
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer
- A valid and current license issued by the State of NY
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with ARDMS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform echocardiograms and cardiac ultrasound exams
- Prepare and position patients for procedures
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
- Capture high-quality images of the heart
- Monitor patient comfort and safety during exams
- Review images for quality and completeness
- Document exam findings and patient information
- Assist physicians with cardiac evaluations
- Explain procedures to patients and answer questions
- Follow safety and infection control procedures
