Shift: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Requirements:
- Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accreditated Nursing Program.
- RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
- NYSDOH H/C PRI (Hospital & Community Patient Review Instrument) Training Certificate at submission or obtained post the offer.
- PRI and Screen Certification.
- Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
- BLS.
