**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!** **Job Description** - Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey in emergency medicine? - Seeking an extraordinary opportunity in a fast-paced setting? - We are looking for passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Emergency Room! **Position Details:** - **Shift:** 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM - **Schedule:** Every other weekend required; flexibility to work in all areas of the ED! - **Unit Size:** 101 beds - **Patient Ratios:** Typically 4:1 for medical, up to 7:1 for ED behavioral holds - **Tech Support:** Available in cardiac monitoring and processing areas - **Documentation System:** Cerner **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional patient care in a busy emergency department! - Engage in real-time coaching and feedback with team members! - Utilize advanced skills while performing critical procedures! **Qualifications:** - **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as a nurse; at least 1 year in an ER setting - **Certifications Required:** - ACLS - BLS - PALS - TNCC - CPI (before Date of Hire) - NIHSS - ENPC - **Preferred:** Experience in a Level 2 trauma center and high-volume ED (>100,000 visits annually) **What We Offer:** - An energetic and teamwork-oriented environment that embraces diversity! - Advanced medical technology and equipment to enhance your practice! - A chance to serve a vibrant multicultural community with over 120 languages! **Dress Code:** Navy scrubs are required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
